How it Works

Monthly or seasonal service call, by our team. Includes completion of regular maintenance checklist & tasks. Also usually there is additional time for the team to take care of a couple of odd jobs around the house.

Additional hours of service are available at a discounted hourly rate.

Step 1:

Upon initial consultation, a certified home inspector will complete a thorough walk through of you home. This is also an opportunity to discuss your future plans for the house, if you have large remodels in the future or just a long list of home repair needs.

During this time, the inspector will work with you to create a plan of completion for tasks and begin to schedule projects for future visits.
